🌿 Our Mission & Community Welcome 🌱
Roots & Reach SafeSteps exists to provide grounded, compassionate support for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and practical life challenges.
We create calm, welcoming spaces where people can drop in, talk openly, and take steady steps toward emotional wellbeing and everyday resilience. Whether it's help with anxiety, support around bills, or just needing someone to listen—we're here.
But our support doesn’t end with the sessions. We also organise two community day trips a year, designed to help people reconnect with joy, nature, and new surroundings.
Past trips have included visits to Weston-Super-Mare, Barry Island, and a magical evening exploring the Blackpool Illuminations and Tour of Lights.
These moments out and about, help break isolation, build confidence, and remind us all that brighter days are part of the journey too.
